Georgios Angelakopoulos discovered his passion for art at a young age in Athens, Greece. His natural penchant, combined with practical experience working in his father’s furniture workshop, led him to develop an early appreciation for craftsmanship, creativity and design. Georgios was therefore inspired to study furniture design in technical school, which offered him a solid foundation to pursue Industrial and Interior Design. At Middlesex University in Athens (AKTO), he honed his skills and began developing his personal philosophy of design.
Throughout his career, Georgios has worked for luxury brands including Fendi Casa and Roche Bobois, and has completed high-profile projects in Chicago, New York, Toronto, and Athens. In 2013, Georgios moved to the United States and established Angelako Studio- a design company where integrity and thoughtful execution are central to every project.
